Returns Policy
• All products can be returned for a full refund or exchange if the product is faulty or does not fit correctly. • The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. • We accept only returns with a proof of purchase (this can be a sales invoice or a copy of a statement showing the financial transaction). • All returns must be sent prepaid for the full price within 14 days. • Any returns should first be advised via email to

• Please give clear instructions of the size and colour you require if an exchange is needed. • Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging, as we will then have to charge a Re-Boxing fee of Rp.10.000. • We recommend that you send returns by recorded post.
Shipping (Please note: We ship only within INDONESIA.)
• Your order will be shipped via POS INDONESIA (kilat khusus) and it takes 5-7 working days (from receipt of our mail with the order status "shipped").
• Please, make sure you giving us a secure delivery address (preferably a work address) where there will be someone to sign for it during working hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your goods at next Post Office. • All customers will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number shown on the receipt for any queries that you may have with your order.
